To join our contractor network, we evaluate the following criteria for each applicant:
Quality of Work: We partner only with contractors who demonstrate exceptional workmanship and craftsmanship in their respective fields.
Fair Market Pricing: We seek contractors who provide competitive, fair, and transparent pricing for their services.
Timeliness: To ensure prompt service for our clients, we ask all contractors to respond to communications within 24 business hours for non-emergency situations and immediately for emergency repairs.
Licensing & Insurance: We require all contractors to submit proof of insurance (including workers’ compensation and liability), along with any relevant industry or trade-specific licensing.
